Domain Renewals

1. To renew a domain you must contact us by emailing billing@internic.co.uk or calling us at (UK) 0700 5800401.Only domain names that are registered with us currently can be renewed.Note: If you wish to renew domains that are registered with another registrar, you need to transfer them to us first. Please email or call us for further instructions.

2. The total number of years you can register for a domain name is 10 years for all (non) .uk extensions. All .uk extensions can only be renewed for 2 years at a time.

3. You should receive a Renewal Notice from us via email about 15-20 days in advance of when your domain is about to expire. At that time, you will be given the option to renew. Not renewing promptly could result in you losing the registration for the next term.

Disclaimer: Although we will attempt to remind you before your domain expires, it is ultimately your responsibility as the domain owner to monitor the expiry date and renew your domain in time. We will not be responsible for your inability to receive our renewal notice for any reason.

4. There may be an administrative fee per domain required if you submit the renewal request after the expiry date of your domain. This is to cover the cost of manual reactivation and renewal of the domain. We would advise you to renew your domain as early as possible to avoid such fees.

5. Expired domains will remain in your account with a registration status of "Expired" and may be available for registration by other parties.

6.Domain renewals are non-refundable.
