During the period of your domain name registration, the registration billing and support aspects of the service were handled by Interservers Technology INC who were solely responsible for this activity. We have recently taken over from Interservers INC and have moved all domains ending in .uk over to our new registration and billing system but non .uk domains (ie: .com, .org, .net etc) such as yours are still currently supported by the former Management Company.
Currently, in order to make any changes to non .uk domains including name server changes and billing enquiries you will need to contact them directly and request this of them.

Important note:
The move away from Interservers Technology INC has in some rare and exceptional circumstances also resulted in some errors in billing on their part and you should also raise this directly with them if you have any issues - although we hope that you don't of course. Importantly, you will notice that your credit card details reflect this company ‘Interservers Technology INC’ rather than Internic.co.uk which confirms our position on this.
With regards the future of your non .uk domains, we anticipate that the these will be migrated to the new system wihin a few months and will be contacting domain holders when the migration is complete. We do hope that this doesn't inconvenience you too much.
