To change the Nameservers for your domain, you need to:

1. Login to Internic using the 'Customer Login' link at the top of our home page - if you have not yet obtained login details or forgotten your password, please use the 'Request a Password Reset' link to obtain a new one.
2. Go to 'My Domains' in the 'Support Centre'
3. Click the green arrow next to the domain you want to manage
4. Update the Nameservers entries in the 'Nameservers' section and click 'Save Changes'

Name server changes can take anywhere from 24/48 hours and up to 72 hours in some extreme cases to fully take effect and neither Internic or its customers have unfortunately any control over this. If you go to www.nominet.org.uk or www.domainwhitepages.com and use their search, you will be able to see when the Nameserver change takes affect - or you can do directly to your new website if you have one.

If after 72 hours your Nameserver change is still not active please feel free to contact us again.
