Moving non .UK domains away from Interservers

We know that Interservers are creating problems for our non .UK domain customers including illegal billing and not providing you with the support you need. We are sorry that we aren't able to do more for you at this time. however we can help you move your domains to our eNom resller account thereby allowing us to regain rightful management control of domains that you have entrusted to us - and not Interservers. The process should be straight forward and we have detailed it below for you:

The effect of this change is that we will once again be in control of your domains and will be billing and supporting your directly from the UK.

The Process:

1. Visit eNom at http://www.enom.com/contact.aspx (copy and paste this link into your browser)
2. Complete the first form ensuring you select 'No, I have not submitted a ticket before.'
3. You will be taken to the eNom Public Support Centre which is where you start the process
4. Click 'Submit a ticket' tab on the next screen.
5. Complete the form using the subject 'Help to transfer my domains away from current reseller' and the standard text we have put together for you below. You can of course make any changes to this you feel necessary such as specific billing issues and or support problems with Interservers.
6. Click the continue button at the bottom of this page and follow through to its natural conclusion.

You have now started the process of moving your domains away from Interservers to Internic where it will be billed and managed safely and securely from within the UK. We're uncertain as to how long this process will take but it should be fairly quick and you will receive direct communications from eNom at various points in the process. We expect that you will also receive emails from Interservers and suggest you reply with a simple message of 'please complete the transfer request as initiated by eNom' and nothing more.

Please feel free to contact us again at any point during this process if you need to discuss further and also advise us when you consider the transfer to be complete.

Internic Support

Attention eNom Support

Subject: transfer of our domains (see below) from the current reseller account to a new reseller account at eNom.

We wish to URGENTLY transfer all of our domains currently held with the current eNOM Reseller to a new eNom reseller, Internic.co.uk (internicuk).

We are most definitely Internic UK customers not Interservers Technology INC customers and purchased our domains through the Internic.co.uk website and fully expect them to continue to be our service provider. We are now fully aware of the situation that has arisen between Interservers and Internic and are fully supportive of the rightful owners of the eNom account that our domains are currently held and managed in. We know that Interservers are holding this account and appear to have no intention to release it back to Internic despite various assurances given by Duane Wells to Internic UK that he would release the account to allow Internic to continue to renew our domains and support us. Do date, they have not  yet released it back to them. We therefore have no alternative but to request that you move our domains away from the current reseller account to Internic.co.uk new reseller account (internicuk) in order that we can maintain our ownership of our domains which are very concerned about.

We are aware that you will have to contact Interservers in order to investigate further and they will of course provide some kind of explanation as to the situation but we can assure you that our concerns are valid and that we no longer want Interservers to be our domain reseller. We also anticipate that they will not agree to any change of reseller hence this direct request to you as the main registrar. We are in need of your urgent help with this in order that we do not lose our valued domain names.

We must stress however, that despite any assurances they may give we have already made the decision to move our domains away from them as we are no longer confident in their capability to deliver a sensible registration service to us and are concerned at the illegal billing they are doing to other Internic.co.uk customers. Please urgently action this change request and advise us in due course when the transfer is complete. Please understand that regardless of what the current holders of the reseller account that our domains are in say, we are not interested in staying with them any longer.
